Do I have to enable location?
No. The app asks only when you choose to use your current location. You can select a Malaysian delivery region manually. Declining permission does not lock you out of browsing.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Payment is cash on delivery at the confirmed total. You can cancel in the app before a rider accepts. After acceptance, contact support so we can review the situation and help.
Can I use it outside Malaysia?
The app will explain that your current region is not served. You can still browse or manually select a Malaysian delivery region for a local delivery address.
Where can I manage my data or delete my account?
Open Profile in the app to manage your account or request deletion. Complete or cancel active orders first. For privacy requests, email our published privacy contact. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.
